Winter Chairs Series 2025
What: Embodied practices for the winter season using a folding chair as a prop for strength, support and stability.
This session focuses transitions and core strength.
When: March 15 @ 11-12:15pm

In the winter series we will be working on forward folds to match the nature of the season and supported back bends to counterbalance it.
Practices are designed for all: newcomers, teachers, experienced home practitioners are welcome. In each session we will combine functional movement practices, Pilates mat and yoga.
